Dr. Royden E. Daniels III
Royden Daniels currently serves as the President of Northwest Radiology Consultants, P.C., an outpatient radiology practice with operations in Georgia and South Carolina. He has been a practicing radiologist since completing medical training in 2001. During his medical career, Dr. Daniels has practiced and had ownership in both an outpatient and a multi-hospital radiology practice. Throughout this time, Dr. Daniels has gained first-hand experience in the healthcare industry as a physician, partner, and practice president. During his tenure in leadership positions, he has had much exposure to the business side of medicine including leading contract negotiations, overseeing business transactions, developing growth initiatives, and guiding capital projects.
Dr. Daniels is board certified in diagnostic radiology by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) and holds a Certificate of Additional Qualification in Neuroradiology (CAQ). He currently is involved with several medical societies, including as a senior member of the American Society of Neuroradiology (ASNR) and serving on the Board of Directors of the Cobb County Medical Society (CCMS). Dr. Daniels also has severed as a delegate in the Medical Association of Georgia House of Delegates the past two years.
Dr. Daniels graduated from the University of Virginia with distinction in Economics, received his M.D. from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia, and completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia. In 2001, Dr. Daniels completed a Neuroradiology fellowship at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina.
